I have been in real estate almost 10 years. I have 20 years of customer service experience. I love working with people. I have experience with new built, short sales, foreclosures, bank-owned homes, trustee sales and commercial real estate. I am bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese/Fujianese) and English. My biggest sense of accomplishment is when I see my clients filled with big smile with great appreciation. I work well with both buyers and sellers, giving them "above and beyond" service.
